Thanks for the info Salazar, I called my mate and he said not to worry to much but my bumpers cost £60 each to spray so this will be like£60 for front lip, and £120 for 2x sides when the liar on the phone said the skirts were mint....grrrr...lol.
The rear is actually in good condition so thats one bonus.
There are some bolts and washers on the rear and some on the front and I just saw a bag of them on ebay now but will wait till my mate at the bodyshop takes a look, bad part is he dont do mates rates:)
Why is your mate charging you the same price to spray a bumper and a lip? The bumper is obviously much larger in surface area and paint costs. Surely if a bumper is £60 then a lip would be around £40? £60 for each of the sides skirts if including the repairs is a good price though and bear in mind that one of those cracks will be on the part right underneath the car, so the finish will not have to be immaculate.
I think you should call back the supplier of these parts and hint at sending them back at their cost or something along those lines and then settle for a partial refund to help you cover the expense of repair!? I reckon they'll go for that just to avoid any more hassle.
You will be able to use all fixings from your existing side skirts to attach the Motegi ones. Check those fitting instructions to work out what fixings you have and haven't got

Fair play Raw. I'd explain in detail the costs involved in repairing and respraying these 'immaculate' side skirts and go in for the kill with a half the original price refund, can't hurt can it!
Also, you might want to consider uploading pics to photobucket. Then you can just copy the image link and put the actual images in the posts, rather than others having to go off and view photos on Imageshack or where ever. Just makes things smoother
