That induction kit says HKS on it.
Whether its genuine or designed for the prelude is a different question though. :S

The wiring on the steering wheel and guages made me think of NOS too but no mention of it in the Ad.

according to the ad the steering buttons fire the flame-thrower exhaust (aren't these illegal? i know there not street legal in the US) and engage vtec on demand (which sounds like fun)
