Thats one way of doing it. You gotta ask yourself though, i wonder how they could pass a big harpoon going through the side of your car (and most probably your back or legs) as a good and human friendly way of stopping cars!

That would hurt.

I think it would sting more if the harpoon was in the leg or back and then released the tear gas INTO your body

But I guess that stopping the speeder and hurting them is better than them mowing some innocent kiddie down though

I think this would be used only in situations where its the only option left, suppose its cheaper then organising a full blown roadblock lol
