i broke the lip on my lude and it seems that a lot of people want these type of lips but they seem to be rare, i can repair mine and use it to make a mould that would be seamless

the mould would be made out of RVT silicone and a jacket either plaster or fiberglass (more likely for reuse)

mould making is expensive so i would need to know there would be at least 10 to be made at a cost of £100-£110 each to cover the cost of the mould and materials.

the finished lip would be at least 2 milimeters thick fiber glass with a 2-3 milimeter thick gelcoat (white) making it ultra smooth

ok so whos intrested? the more sold the less i can charge for them to everyone

if theres not enough intrest i will just repair mine and leave it at that

time is running out i only have until the 7th / 8th of november to make the mould and i still need to order the silicone and fibreglass for the moulds so i would need all orders in by the 1st or i wont have time to make em.

the car is provisionally sold and should be going on the 7th or 8th so i wont have the part to make the copy so time is of the essence

well there isnt enough intrest and also im not happy with the results of the repair to make a mould of it, but its ok for this car just not as a blank for mould making. shame really.
