Hi

I have just purchased this console, i am wondering what the fits in the square hole, it looks the size of the 'fabled' cupholder but the hole is at an angle (therefore you will spill your drinks Sad )

I have looked at previous post of the cupholder and they are on the 'flat' section.

Am i going mad, being stupid or both Embarassed

This is a pre facelift center console, that blank area should have an insert containing the blanks for things like front fog lights, dimmer controls, parking poles etc.

In the 4th Gen Prelude you could have:

1. Pre-facelift for first 2 years of production (92-94 ish), complete with the sex-blocker between the rear seats and the handbrake in the middle of the console. That's what you have, same as mine.

2. Post-facelift with no sex blocker, handrake on one side and no sex-blocker, from 94-96 ish end of production.

3. Of course you also get the intermediate 'on the cusp' model. This has the handbrake in the middle like yours, but the console stops short at the back, then there's a gap before the back seats and no sex blocker.

Simple. Laughing
