I have been speaking with Ben from

, he has been recommended to me by a mate who owns an MR2. Ben does a lot of parts for the MR2, He is an authorised trader on

and has been a member since 2004.

I have been speaking with him about the CF parts and if he could do them for us. He will be happy to help with the parts we need. The spark plug cover would need to be sent off for moulding but the other parts, due to the complexity of them, would most likely have to be skinned.

For now, especially due to recent events, Ben would start with the spark plug cover and go from there. And once everyone is happy and he is fully established he will be happy to work on multiple group buys.

I asked about the coloured carbon Kevlar parts that some of you guys were after and he advised it can all be done its just a case of finding out costs etc.

So for those who are still interested in getting the spark plug covers done can you put your requirement below so I can get the numbers together for Ben to quote. If everyone is happy to use him I will ask him to sign up on here so we can keep in contact.

I have one spare spark plug cover if you need one for a mould, not after a carbon one but it just sitting around doing nothing. i'll swap it for a cabon bonnet, or sunroof or boot!!!! Laughing

but seriously you can have it for the price of postage if you want.

Sorry mate, im not pursuing this any more as only a few people interested. I know you can get the CF spark plug covers online not sure how much they are going for though.
