Sure did - it's an awesome circuit. It's a shame it's so far away, although I own a flat up that way so it's ok for me.

Was thinking that we should organise a bit of a convoy up some time and all get our cars on track.

From Birmingham it's about 4:30 hours without stops so not THAT much further than some of the English circuits anyway.

Cost is the biggest appeal for me - full track day is generally about £45 up there, so compared to the typical £300 for Combe or £200 for Anglesey or £9,102,383 for Silverstone, you can cover cost of fuel, food, accomodation and get a good weekend out of it.

I wasn't going to do another one this year, but I could so very easily be talked in to it and wouldn't mind arranging between the clubs (I'm on CRX-UK, ITR-DC2, Honda Evs and Civic5 so we should be able to get some decent numbers. Anyone interested

the next trackday is the 23rd August at knockhill £55 on the day or £45 book in advance 9 - 5. theres usually 6 groups its split into trackcars and road cars, you get on the track for 10mins then the next groups on usual about 45mins between shots. easy get on 5 - 6 times. but i know you could prob hire the track for a nite 6 - 8. 2hrs full tracktime pits open etc.. maybe worth thinking about??
