I bought a second set of wing mirrors to get re-sprayed while keeping my originals on the car.

One of them had been sprayed with a rattle can, so I thought I would help the bodyshop out and rub the paint down.
It was too much like hard work, so I used some paint stripper on it................BIG MISTAKE!!

I've 'melted' the top layer of plastic. d'oh!

If anyone has this part in good condition that they can let me have for a nominal amount I will be eternally grateful.
Preferably in silver.

It's from the passenger side.

If you only have the whole mirror unit, I'm willing to accept that, but as they are really heavy it'll cost a lot for postage.

Here's a pic' of the part I'm after. I need it before the start of August.

Hmm! That's rather more than I was prepared to pay, especially when I can buy a complete JDM folding one for £20.
Thanks for the offer though. Wink

Anyone else got one kicking around their shed?

Thank you both for the very kind offers. Wink

I've PM'd bigboy, as his mirror is most likely silver (I'm guessing here), and made of the white ABS plastic as apposed to the dark grey ABS used for darker colours.

Both offers are very generous and very much appreciated.

I would like to say a BIG thankyou to bigboy24 for helping me with this.

He went through the aggro of removing it from his car, and packing and sending it to me for no financial gain.
I even got some beer mats as packing material. Laughing

It's guys like bigboy that make PreludeUK the #1 Prelude forum.

Thanks mate. hate-ok
