Was not wanting to go down this route but may have no choice, looking for a silver front wing but proving elusive. i can get one in Red whats involved in respraying to silver ie, Clean, sand down, coat of primer,top coat and laquer coat or is it more involved ? cant afford a pro job so any advice would be appreciated, thanks.

thats pretty much it bud.

fill and sand any imperfections before primer, and buff up with g10 compound for a nice shint finish Wink

Silver is a very hard colour to match. If you'r not a perfectionist the yes it's as simple as the above. However if you want to make sure the wing matches up with the car you may need to blow in the door and bumper areas so all colours match.
