whats body wrapping?

I think he's referring to vehicle-wrapping which is a method of applying full-colour printed graphics over the entire surface area of the car. It's printed in strips (I believe), than applied with heat to stretch/contract the materials, completely wrapping the contours of the car and also providing a good shield for the paintwork. This allows for much more intricate images than simple vinyl-cut-lettering. A good example would be the Sky vans you see everywhere.
