the 4th gens suspension set up does not allow you to adjust the camber by use of uppermounts, its a common misconception its the way the cars susepension set up this or any other car make that determines weather you can do this or not,
the TEIN top mounts are made to teins spec, whereas hondas are hondas,
i dont have hardly any bump noises on our 4th gen at all and i dont have new top mounts right now
pillowball uppermounts are desinged to offer greater feedback for driving sensitivity,
tein uses a spherical bearing which replaces the oem rubber mount to improve tyre grip and reduce the forces that change the wheel alignment with cars with front strut type suspension tein have a camber plate to adjust the angles in the front the tein flew kit comes with a pillowball uppermount but again i belive this wont allow you to change the camber but it will improve the set up and feedback
the superstreets with uppermounts use the tein rubber top mounts
on soft the teins are great for general driving all over the place and on hard the ride can be bumpy i actually have mine set on the hardest and i drive it like that with that setting on all the time but our car is not lowered much so theres more spring travel allowed, also i think people forget that the shell cases on these are shorter to accomodate more piston travel then the oem units, also these tein coilovers are set up for uk roads and not the japanese roads on the tein basic kit anyway.
however you look at it pillowballs cant adjust the camber on the prelude,if you want MORE driver feedback you can use the pillowballs with the superstreet kit without the top mounts but whilst you get more feedback through the car you will get more noise as you dont use the rubber top mount if i understood tein,so that kind of set up is best for track use
the superstreets with or without top mounts are a great kit which ever way you look at it the superstreet with top mounts also allow you to use the edfc too, _________________ **OEM PARTS+ADL PARTS CHEAP!!**+PERFORMANCE PRELUDE PARTS

Are those prices and models all Tein units?
Also, if i'm not looking for coilovers and just good springs and dampers, nothing fancy, which ones would you say? just want a good ride that works well when pushed.
This is for a mk4 btw. |

if your after something because you want to push your car then you need coilovers, otherwise the tein basics will be ok _________________ **OEM PARTS+ADL PARTS CHEAP!!**+PERFORMANCE PRELUDE PARTS

yes price will stand unless tein change there prices but then i would have known about that,
as long as his accord has the chassis code
CG7/8/9 FOR A98-02 MODEL
OR CL7/9 FOR A 03+ MODEL THEN SUPERSTREET PRICES ARE THE SAME AS I QUOTED ON HERE FOR THE PRELUDE SUPERSTREETS
they do the superstreets or superstreets with uppermounts also _________________ **OEM PARTS+ADL PARTS CHEAP!!**+PERFORMANCE PRELUDE PARTS
