Here is the oem factory tool lit that fits inside the spare tire in your trunk. This spec is very rare and I believe it was only featured in Europe. Anyone have this?

That's interesting because in US no one has this. Hmm...was this also available in Japan or is it strictly Europe?

Both my JDM's have had a small selection of tools in a little black bag.

I got them from work. We throw loads of them away. Crying or Very sad
If you want some, I have to fill out a form and get one of the managers to sign it and then get the site security to check it out. Rolling Eyes

I can do this if you want, but they're quite heavy so the postage won't be cheap.

Had them in my BB3 and seen plenty of them in the scrap yards too, so yea, wouldn't say they're rare at all to us, but by the sounds of it, they're rare over in the states.

Maxx, maybe you should get some to take with you and sell for a nice profit when you move out there Very Happy lol

Is it standard fit for the Prelude, least in the UK and Japan, the black tool bags are out of other cars, Civic's etc or at least the US Preludes.

The picture in the OP also shows a full size spare, which has foam side parts allowing the boot floor to sit higher accommodating the extra wheel width.

Which I also had in my UKDM BB3. I thought the space saver was just a JDM thing?

thanks again for all the info guys. Yeah, US preludes do not have this as standard. We have a black bag for tools and the USDM Prelude manual says nothing about a tool kit inside a spare tire.

My estimate this would sell for $100 in the states on ebay, something like 60 GBP. People here are aware of this and all my threads have this mentioned. I have seen it on sale only once.

I am glad I can make people here some money with these threads.
