As above, I want to put a really nice Honda steering wheel, preferably leather wrapped like my current one. It mustn't have any buttons on it for cruise control etc. Anyone got any ideas?

You have many options. Look into 88-91 Civic or CRX wheels. They might fit. Some older Accord and Integra may fit also, and Honda Legend has a few nice ones, especially from Japan. There are a few usdm wheels that you might like as well.
