I bought this on ebay to some how connect to my alpine head unit.



Even though my Alpine unit plays MP3/WMV CD's etc, I've always loved Minidisc so when I came across this OEM Honda Unit I had to have it.

As you can see from the pic it's an MD/CD combi single din unit.

Question is, does anyone have any advice as to how I go about installation??

From looking at the pin plug it appears like the one needed to connect to the unit. If it fits would it be possible to simply splice into it in order to supply power and connect to the aux of my alpine head unit??

Also if anyone has something they think will connect to the unit or any ideas, please speak now

Yes if you can get the Honda C bus and combine that with the Alpine CD changer cable it should work. Obviously you will need to find out which wire does what.

The cable is like £23 quid, i'd have to hack the thing up to evrn test fit the unit, which seems a shame.
