Ok. Here we go. This will be a bit drawn out, but bear with me...

I've owned my UK 1995 Prelude VTEC since 2001, which I absolutely love. But, its been hit by the rusty rear arches problems. So I have been trying to locate some repair panels so my body shop mate can fix it up better than new. I quickly found that no one makes repair panels, even from abroad, and I've read all the fix up articles on here about how to do it with front wings etc. It appears the only way to do it properly is to find a mint donor vehicle, and cut out your own repair panels, or replace the whole quarter panel!!! Rust can also be a problem on the sill sections too, so having the donor car is ideal. That is when I came across this very good Prelude with mint bodywork, no hint of rust anywhere. Its covered 158k kls which is about 98k miles, and I'm told drove perfectly. Its a 1994 BB1 4WS Prelude VTEC Auto with TCS (traction control). Engine is H22A and gearbox is MP1A with LSD.



Instead of buying just the rear quarter panels, I bought the whole car, which I am breaking to re-coupe the investment. Before you get excited and start PM'ing me, I can tell you what is already gone and what is left over.

Silly question - but seeing as you're keeping the bootlid and spoiler, does that mean you're replacing another?

If so, is it Phantom Grey and without a spoiler? I'm after the bootlid without spoiler (i.e from a non vtec) in Phantom Grey Pearl - NH561P
