Well let me just give you a bit of information on my self. My names is Howard I'm 18and I live in Woking Surrey. I have 2 cars one of which is the Honda more on that shortly and the other is a little Nissan Micra Whoop! Wink

Well I bought the prelude in June 2008 and so keen was i to find the perfect one for my self i travelled to Scotland to pick it up! Ever since I saw one of these of my mates friends driveway i was taken by them aged of 17 I just loved the way the looked and also what they could do with the rear wheels Wink

At the moment the Car is off the road as she is having the whole of her underside cleaned and under sealed as there is a bit of surface rust on the rear beams ect. All of the things which I'm able to take off will be taken away to get shot blasted and then powder coated in black. When all of the bits will return i shall then be putting in a fully poly bush kit for the car which has been bought! Very Happy

Anyways here's a bit of a spec of the car and then pictures....

2.2vti 1998
AEM V2 induction kit
Stainless steel Tiger exhaust system
Decat pipe (knock out of the fumes when she is started)
17" rota grids in gunmetal colour with a polished lip

Soon to have
Full poly bush kit
Montige kit (just bought now got get it)
Lowering springs
New brakes all round thinking of the Dot 8's on the front with green stuff pads

Anyways heres the pictures...

yer one the rust doesn't look nice on the underside of a car and plus I want her to last a life time. As for the insurance only 1400 next year when I turn 19 so I've decided to wait till then to drive it as its 500 squid cheaper and the work needs doing. Sweet not far away at all we should meet up one day....

Right,

Got a bit of an update now!

this took my 4 hours It looked crap before as it had tar all over it, I only did the back box seen as that is the only bit that shows and there is a good film on the rest of the pipe so why remove it!

Sorry about the not so good a picture quality It was taken via my mobile phone!

I have just about split the whole rear into section ill try and get some pictures for you guys! Then its off to get cleaned and then powder coated to prevent this from happening in the future!

I also learnt that you have to buy the top arms if you want to change over the ball joints and lets be honest if there £200 its not going to happen! With A quick trip on ebay found them new for £76 which are in the post!

I have also ordered a nice new set of drop links for £14.90 which isn't bad considering honda wanted £60 for them!

Did you know that they £2600 for the 4WS motor! What a rip off!!
