Impressive spec list. This lude has loads of potential in the looks department. Why only 1.5 bar of boost with internals like that? Im not clued up on turbos, so if the questions seems dumb, thats because it probably is Laughing

Why use more boost if you dont need to? A engine which flows well will make more power at less boost. Also 1.5bar on somting like a gt35r ompared to a t25 is alot more boost.

Boost pressure means nothing really, untill you get into the efficency of the turbos It makes what it makes at whatever pressure it needs if you get me. Mapping to three boost levels, i.e wastegate pressure, low boost an high boost is common.

But again running a turbo near the peak of its efficiency for a long time will only shorten its life.

i like it. i would buy it in its former condition but i see where youve gone and i like it.

22psi is pretty high boost on a H22 isnt it? so you gotta be hitting 290bhp or so?

I would expect much more, considering you can make 290hp roughly on 8psi with a standard engine and compression.

really? ok i stand corrected and have learned something Laughing

cool then, it can take a beasting.

i think its fair to run it at its 'happy' range and reap the rewards for longer. its a bind digging bits of turbo swarf out of piston heads, so im told Laughing
