Yes, i thought the covers were just recaro fakes but underneath is a genuine but rather worn recaro it needs some tlc like the rest of the car. |

Hi all
Firstly thanks for all your advice so far in my prelude ownership
I need some more help, i have just recently purchased my Prelude BB4 Import, before i owned it it had been standing for months and months +.
I dont think it was abused but certainly not treated as well as it should so i just wanted some input into what i should check/replace etc before i drive it 'properly'
The list so far
Oil change with decent oil and hamp filter
Cambelt/tensioner/water pump ? There is no record of this being done, is there anyway of telling. If not what is this likely to cost at mr H ?
Thansk in advance chaps |

i got a price from honda for a cambelt/tensioner/balance shaft belt/waterpump. 350 + v.a.t
other things to check are plugs/fuel filter/brakes/clutch any signs of slipping e.t.c? when driving just quickly any bad knocking?? if so maybe a bush gone.
and the obvious like washer fluid and lights working e.t.c lol |
