Well I happen to like and respect a lot of people on this forum.

We are pretty close knit here and I do not like to see people being pissed about or ripped off. Members here are on the whole genuine and trusting and would do anything for a fellow member. I could name some of them but I wont because that might embarrass them. That is the forum we are and it is easy then for unscrupulous people to take advantage.

I hope you get your items and they are of the quality expected then I will be very pleased for you and I will be glad to be wrong.

BTW I had a parcel weighing 30 kilos sent to me by DHL next day from Inverness 2 weeks ago it did arrive next day at 1.30 in the afternoon.
I don't think you can go a lot further up Scotland without falling off.

yes very true. dhl, city link, UPS etc will run next day and 2 day services. but in my experiance which in my line of work is pretty vast. the cheaper or smaller the couriers the package will change depots 3-6 times on longer distances. so this hold the service up.

i can see your point. i just dont see how you posting snide comments like the flying pigs one is helpful to the thread or the people involved in it. everyone is pretty annoyed ect on this and quite rightly so. but i supose i have a trusting side. one that i hope to be right.

messed about? people may have been yes. but with smaller businesses s#!t happens. and if the reasons for the hold ups are true then this could happent to anyone. ripp off? no. most if not all persons involved have been given a full refund and then pay to them after delivery. not alot of companies would do that. there are risks in doing so. if he was ripping people off why refund everyone including me (personaly was refunded over £300) why would a someone on the con put themself at risk?

from what i can see the guy is trying to do the right thing and keep everyone happy so i for one am cutting him a bit of slack. hoping my trust is well placed and i belive it is.

If you re read my post I did not say Tech Carbon was ripping people off.

That was aimed at others who have used this forum to extort money.

I think pissed about would apply to Tech Carbon though.

yes i would agree it would seem some messing about has gone on and hope this is a one time thing. only time will see i supose. hope all works out.

Fair play for doing what your doing ryn86 but the fact your here defending the company and not the company themselves says it all imo!

well someone has to. i do trust this companyand running my own business i know that i wouldnt have time to be doing all this updating of a forum if i were them. however i have been wrong about people before and could be again. just dont like seeing small businesses taking knocks when it seems they are trying.

no disrespect is ment to any one whos messages i am replying to and i have no affilitation with the company just have a personal oppinion on the compnay and the owner. hence i tend to play devils advocate as it were.

Also I am sorry to say, but I really think its time to stop sticking up for TechCarbon, its gone on long enough now. Business is business, there is no excuse for this situation anymore.

well i wont stop sticking up for them. the times the company has went through to still be open is a credit to them i will speak to jamie about your refund.

there is a story which is true and i have people confirm it. when people have there parts an stuff i will post it up. as for now it will be questioned and quite rightly so. they are 100% on there way to me. i have seen a sample of my group buy on CF spark plug covers and them in the flesh over webcam. and its stunning. once everyone gets them they will see.

Indeed I have been fully refunded.

So i now have no reason to make any further comments. But i would really like to have CF surrounds for my car, so ryn86 that £75 has your name on it.
