Just read through this from the start. I love reading these kind of posts... It's extreme and done properly Very Happy (not suggesting no-one elses projects aren't Wink )

Really inspiring tho. Just a shame I don't have the time money and space at the moment to do anything like this (oh... or the knowledge Laughing ) Hopefully one day I'll get there tho... and possibly be re-visiting this thread in years to come Wink Laughing

Just read this through from the start and bloody hell, it would seem that this is gonna be an absolute monster Shocked When are you hoping to have her ready for the strip mate? And how many ponies and torques was the engine in that black lude putting out? Great work and look forward to seeing the progress Very Happy

Great work man, but no way are those tyres road legal. The treads have to cover like 75% of the tyre dont they?

hi, the clutch and flywheel are built for each other, its called Tilton clutch.
the clutch and flywheel cost in the region of ~$1400+shipping (this was over 2 years ago now)

and they do have way more then 75% tread... look at them 3 massive tread foots 1 in the middle and 1 on each side Twisted Evil

just some pics of some goodies that turned up recently
TruFilter, billet CNC machined aluminium with reuseable filter (stainless steel washable) note no "bypass valve" so all the oil goes thro the filter. some tests have shown they flow 200% more then those fitted with a bypass valve.

and some more shiney bits ive been polishing in my spare time (in front of the tele Laughing ) those dirty rad hose endings are being cut off and replaced......... Wink havent finished the polishing yet need to attack them "micro-mesh" 6000 grit here we come
